Experience
In the last ten years he worked for the Israel Securities Authority, at first in its Corporate Division, where he worked with companies from all sectors of the economy. More recently, he worked in the Investment Department, where he specialized extensively in financial instruments (marketable and non-marketable) in Israel and abroad. His last position was Head of Accounting and Risk Management within the Investment Department.
Also, is a lecturer in Accounting at the Hebrew University and other academic institutions.
Education
Holds a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University. Holds an MBA (Summa Cum Laude), with an extensive specialization in finance, from the Hebrew University. Has received many academic awards.

Experience
In the last ten years he worked in the Corporate Department of the Israel Securities Authority. In his last position he served as senior assistant to the chief accountant. In this framework he accompanied the capital raising processes of leading companies in the market and specialized in solutions to complex accounting issues.
Served as a participant in the Professional Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and as a member of the IOSCO Committee on Issuer Accounting, Audit and Disclosure.
Also, is a lecturer in Accounting at the Hebrew University and other academic institutions.
